All patients are subject to paying a seperate deposit upon booking their appointment. If the deposit + gift card balance exceeds appointment total, the patient will be refunded after the appointment.
Once the deposit is paid, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred to a new date if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled.
